Having grown up in a Korean-Canadian household, I've noticed a lack in desserts that represented flavors that I grew up with. Loving both Canadian and Korean desserts, I wanted to show my take on a very nostalgic indulgence with my own twist. With over 9+ years in working in different disciplines of bakeries, cafes, restaurants, resorts, and hotels, I'm confident that these cupcakes will bring the wow factor in your next get together.

Oven Theory is a ghost-kitchen bakery in Mississauga that specializes in Asian-inspired cupcakes that are light, fluffy, and not too sweet. Departed from the traditional overly-rich counterparts, there is a delicate focus to uphold the subtle sweetness often inherited in Asian baking. Our mission is to create premium cupcakes that are perfect for sharing, allowing opportunities for people to come together and celebrate many of life's achievements and celebrations.
