When checking out, please ensure that you pick the correct pick up date and time. 

After check out, additional information will be emailed.

When you arrive for your pick-up, please show the staff your confirmation email and provide your name.

If you fail to arrive on time during the pick-up window, it is considered that your order will be forfeited. No refunds will be available.

If you are running behind or are unable to make it for the pick-up, please consider the following option: 
- Have a friend/ family member pick up your box on your behalf. They must have the purchasers name, phone number, and order ID #.

Once cupcakes are picked up, we are not responsible for any spillages or damages.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of the order being purchased.

Orders may be cancelled/ refunded if the purchase is made before Tuesday's 6 PM EST. Any purchases made after this is final sale.

Each month, a new monthly rotational set will be available for purchase. Follow our email list to get up to date on release dates.

If you miss your pick-date this will be qualified as your order being forfeited. If you'd like to pickup your order the day after please let us know so we can inform our cafe partners of the change. Refunds will not be available if cupcakes are not picked up.

To avoid disappointment, we suggest you ask a family/ friend to pick up the order on your behalf. Please ensure they have the purchasers name, phone number, and order number.

Delivery is not available at this time. Only pick up.

All of our cupcakes are good for at least three (3) days in the fridge in an air tight container.

If an air tight container is unavailable, wrap the box in a plastic bag in the fridge.

For optimal taste, take the cupcakes out of the fridge 30 minutes to 1 hour before consuming. This is to allow the buttercream and cake to soften up.

When travelling, place the cupcake box on a flat surace in a cool temperatured car.

Avoid storage in direct sunlight and hot temperatures to avoid melting sauces, buttercream, and decorations.

At this time, we do not offer any dietary friendly options.

All of our cupcakes contain wheat, eggs, soy, gluten, dairy, lactose, vanilla, and may have traces of nuts.
